Check in: 3:00PM or later on arrival.
Check out: 10:00AM or earlier on departure.

No pets; no exceptions.

Smoking prohibited in all units.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will be refunded, minus a $100 processing fee, IF the unit can be re-rented at full price. Notice of cancellation must be in writing.
Other
For those staying at the units at Linger Longer (Crow's Nest, Becalmed or Windward):
- No boats (or trailers) larger than a kayak are allowed on the property.
- Beach fires are not allowed.
